I don't know what is funnier, the runs themselves or the fact that Linus STILL can't for whatever reason comprehend the concept of irony and satire. "I've been exposing cheaters for years" Dude these runs are obviously made as a joke. Finding a herobrine chest with netherite tools isn't supposed to be viewed as lucky or legit, it's obviously made as a joke but year after year these jokes flies straight over Linus head.
He probably knows some runs are a joke. I mean his thumbnails are over exaggerated like some of the runs. but his content has been based off of fake speed runs for years, I don’t think he plans on changing it anytime soon
I mean how many actual fake speedruns can there be WHEN MOST WILL KNOW THEY WILL GET EXPOSED like knowing that will cause more people to make more joke speedruns in an attempt to get into a video. Ergo making it harder to find people trying legitimately make cheated speedruns.
The floating farm with glitched water isn't necessarily spawned in. I've had that kind of thing happen before, it's just a weird thing with the world gen. It becomes more prevalent though if you're playing modded, otherwise it's pretty rare to happen in vanilla
4:53 infested blocks can spawn in meadow biomes starting at Y:63 down to Y:-64, they're just more common to find in mountain-like biomes because of the fact there's more exposed stone and caves than in a meadow.
It just doesn't compute with me why so many people cheat this mode... if you can't do it, go back to building mud huts and live out your life as a potato farmer.
