I shave sides, and back. leave the top cause i’m growing it out. It’s around the 7th time i’m cutting my own hair myself. Takes about and hour resting in between. Getting those dark patches (cow licks) is a challenge cause the hair grows every which away so I have to keep going over those patches until it blends in with the rest. But it’s a money saver. Don’t have to sit in the barber with a bunch of men gawking at me. lol it’s worse than the salon having to wait your turn and some say by appointment only. HA! It also pays for itself when you buy $50 clippers and at $25 a haircut each visit! I’m good! I use 1/2 guard
