when i feel emotional first thing i do is JOURNAL, let it all out, feel it, cry it out...and then i google it for a new pespective, see how other people deal with those feelings...also watching a cozy movie, good music and a workout always make me feel better. also doing something i havent done before does magic

your videos make me miss amsterdam so much, you capture the city in such a beautiful way! i literally had the same thought as you lol, i booked a hair appointment for the end of december as well.. and i relate to your end of the year feelings - all that existential angst (combined with exams) makes a lot of us feel depressed. i’m happy to see you trying to cope with these feelings normally

The reason why I started to watch your videos in the first place was that I have studied in Utrecht as an exchange student from Japan for a year and I really missed the Netherlands after coming back to my country, but now I'm a genuine fan of yours!! I feel younger yet I'm already in my late 20s and sometimes I feel like if I should do more and travel more and not delay everything cause what is even time?
