I enjoy this type of footage as much as a finished edit. It's really inspiring to see the hard work that goes into getting the incredible tricks nailed.

That full speed zero fish on a low ledge looks so scary to me. So many ways to go land on you wrist or on your hip, especially with that super hard grab.

In the spots where he lands multiple versions of tricks or switchups, I wonder if the final one is what he had in mind from the beginning and the ones prior were just warmups or it evolved in the moment
Usually it’s a mix of all. I have an utopian unrealistic dream trick in mind but try to work up to it step by step with lower versions of it which usually are enough for a good clip. The closer you get to the dream one the harder it will by but oh boy do I enjoy these mental rollercoaster rides hahahah

I agree, it's easier to do sweaty 270 to backslide (sweatstance rear foot, switch BS) than it is to fast slide even tho it might look harder to some

This is kind of left field but I'm sitting here thinking about all the years I got called a fruitbooter and now there's these kids riding toy scooters around. The word scooter alone has so much potential for wordplay when it comes to combining it with the term fruit but for some reason everyone seems to embrace these toy scooters. I'm not knocking people who ride scooters but it just blows my mind how society picks and chooses what it discriminates against even if it doesn't make sense.
Anyways great video Eug is a beast and genius on wheels.
The whole "fruit booter" meme was merely a product of rollerblading stealing thunder from the skateboarders when it first gained major traction back in the day. I never took it personally. Cheers. Great skating, EE. One of my favorites.

Althoug I enjoy watching skateboarding and bmx, I never cared at all for scooters. No matter how good they are, it does not look good to my eyes. It's like when I see someone grind a rail in unicycle, I'm sure it is super hard to do, but I don't care for it. I could add the grindshoes to the list though.
