10.2.3.3 Packet Tracer - FTP

see after opening cmd in desktop In command prompt when I entered
ftp multiserver it shows me this message "Coulld not open connection to the host, on port 2: connect failed"
Please help me, I configure all the setting now this error

Click the Desktop tab and enable DHCP. This will resolve the issue as PC2 hasn't configured its IP address and DNS server

what do i do on the transfer part?
all im getting when typing the ftp command is an error that says "Ftp peer reset"

21 port is FTP port on serverbranch , from beginning it is closed soo u need open it, click on server after that u need open services , open FTP nad put from disable to enable, from russia with love)
