Just got this notification and watched it, I’m entirely in love with the new direction this game is going. I love it becoming a post neutral ending similar to horrortale but not going down THAT route (I think?). This dev log has hyped me up, thank you for keeping us updated and making peak.
Came back after reading through the devlog details, very excited to see where exactly things are going now that the dust formula’s been left behind. With the skeleton brothers being the main leads now, should be very interesting to see what exactly goes wrong with napstation’s takeover for the story to properly kick off. Though I guess this means the whole collab/“How the story goes in X universe” with UT Thanatos is different now?
big W and very peak. i am curious if the whole "new weapon for sans" thing is still here as the AU isn't dusty anymore, it was cool. still a big win regardless tho. also looking forward to Dusttrust X, with all it's new "extra content" i'm pretty excited to see what the end product of both games will look like.
It’s kind of strange that you make this decision now instead of earlier considering how much you’ve written and developed for this game and how you already decided to take the au (not the story) in a different direction a while ago, but I also like how this project isn’t really meant to be hyped yet with teasers and such so you won’t feel like you’re letting people down or giving false promises and you’re just having a lot of fun making it I see how this story could get really dark with how you’re not changing the name
Genuinely can't even tell what the story for Underswap/Undertale Thanatos is meant to be anymore. Are you guys just rewriting the whole game after releasing a whole trailer? Oooooor. . . Cause I haven't been able to really find any details.
@@joechristo2 By utc friendly I mean people who like fangames with full overworld and routes By dusttrust community I mean people who actually play dusttrust fangames rather than just sit and watch because then the game has no players after so much effort put in it

the fangame is now completely different but there's too much dusttrust anyway and this is more interesting
