Honestly you are underrated, the video is clear, concise and easy to follow. As a beginner I didn't even know I will have to look into those many things as music, video templates, photos, graphics and stock video.
Thanks a lot.
Wow, thank you so much for that encouragement. I really appreciate it. Helps me keep going. Glad you found it so helpful. Thanks for watching.
Thakn you! This was the most comprehensive video about this topic on youtube. Granted, I only watched this one lol but it covered all bases! You're going to blow up if you stay consistent. The quality and information was top notch! Thank you again.
Ha ha ha!!! That's hilarious. Thank you so much for your encouragement. That really means a lot to me. I'm so glad you found this informative and helpful. I can't wait to blow up!
Great video and thank you for making it! Love your sense of humor you work in there too!
Thank you so much for the encouragement. I really appreciate it. Hope it helped.
Great video, thank you so much, and I love your energy- honest and fun!
Aww shucks. Glad you found it helpful. Thanks for saying so.
Excellent information, fairly recent, and just when I need it! Liked the handwritten flash card format - that's cool.
Great breakdown! My needs are not exactly the same as yours, but you described your ranking criteria well enough that I could figure out how I would differ from your rankings. Cheers!
Wow! Thank you so much for the encouragement! I really appreciate it. So glad this was helpful to you even though our needs are different. Glad it provided insight.
Just like the previous - a very very good review. Subscribed to Envato and I have to say the quality of music surprised me... might depend on what you look for but after few hours of searching I was very pleased... Thank you!
Thank you so much. I really appreciate the encouragement. Glad the music is working out really well for you. You are right; mostly depends on the kind of music you need.
Very helpful, thank you
HOLY HELL THIS VIDEO IS EPIC! INSTANTLY USED YOUR LINK FOR ENVATO! Still riding the dopamine high lol, well done man.
Ha ha! Glad it was so helpful. Hope you love your subscription. Thank you for the affiliate contribution! It goes a long way, for real.
Great breakdown! Thanks for informing us.
My pleasure. Glad you found it helpful.
thanks
Very informative. Thanks for the video!
Absolutely. Glad it was helpful to you.
This was excellent. Really helpful. Thanks for posting.
My pleasure! So glad it was helpful. Thank you for saying so.
Thanks Dog! I was having copywrite issues reusing older purchased music for current projects, plus I am sharing enough revenue using so-called free creator music. This video really helped me sort out which subscription is best for my channel. Great content.
Awesome! So glad I could be of assistance to you.
Thank you so much for this in-depth information. I was totally going to buy Story Blocks before watching this. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate this video.
Wow! So glad this was that helpful to you. Thank you for saying so. Yes, I get all the same ads or RUclipsrs talking up Storyblocks but it really let me down in comparison to the other platforms when I actually got into it. Hope you get great mileage out of your investment.
Best video comparison! So much insight! Wish every creator did it your way and not just read what's on a webpage.
Aww, thank you so much. I really appreciate the encouragement. I believe in using things myself and giving real world experienced opinions based on my personal use. I figure there are others out there doing what I do and could use real use opinion rather than reading specs on a web page.
Thanks for redoing this video and for listening to your subs.. It means alot.. Motion Array is one in the mix as well. Have you used it before? Any recommendations for Freddie freeloaders?
My pleasure. Thank you for your comment. I have not used Motion Array, unfortunately, so I cannot speak to that. Freesound.org is a great place for sound effects and foley. Pexels.com is a great one for photos. Bensound.com is good for music, but extremely limited and requires attribution. Don't know of a good resource for quality free stock video or templates.
@@ginger_dog thanks for the response
Very informative video delivered in an excellent way
Thank you so much. Really glad this was helpful.
Thank you for this review! I was about to subscribe to Storyblocks and I'm very glad I watched this. I almost got tricked by Shutterstock's credit model as well. I think I'll stay away from stock for now since Envato elements doesn't have good stock videos of "off the beaten path" places in other countries while Shutterstock and Adobe do, but are way too expensive and a lot of the videos don't look too great.
So glad this was helpful to you. Thanks for dropping me a line. Best of luck on your videos.
@@ginger_dog Thanks! I wanted to add in some drone shots but I’ll wait until I get my own drone in the future.
Thanks for the review bro, very informative, What about artgrid?
Absolutely. Glad you found it so helpful. Honestly, I never used Artgrid, so that's why it was absent. I wanted to only review the sites I had personal experience with.
Than you ! Made this so much clear…. I think storyblock does not allow to use assets after you cancel membership, do you know anything about this ?
Honestly I don't know because I don't use them anymore. I found them to be far inferrer to the other options. That would surprise me though. Nobody can tell whether you are still subscribed or not, so there's really no way to enforce that.
Goated video
Thank you.
Wonderful video , Plz explain one thing , all of them say these elements have commercial use license , which means you cant use these elements in movies , on OTT or other broadcasting medium , but if tomorrow a film one made crosses the line and enters the broadcast category , someone buys it , airs it , would you not let it go places just because you subscribed to one of these platforms and used their limiting assets..... how can you use these unless you are sure your work will never be broadcast or selected for a bigger platform .....
If someone buys the rights to your video/film and broadcast it, they will have to make sure that all of the content is licensed for their chosen distribution. They will have to license all of the music you use, all of the stock footage, etc. and have releases for their distribution. So I really don't think this is an issue for you. Also, this scenario practically never ever happens. I've never had a commercial project go broadcast that was not first intended for broadcast. All of my broadcasted videos were specifically made for broadcast and I got the appropriate licenses for it.
Urgh, the ones I need are too expensive for my projects - and the ones I can afford, don’t have the stock footage I need…. Fun!
That's frustrating.
what I find really annoying at Envato is, that I can only download a stock video in one size. Resulting in 2sec clips being 1GB. Do I miss something?
That is correct. Each upload is offered at only one resolution. Certainly a difference from some of the other platforms.
Why does storyblocks say’s its unlimited download but $30 plan is just 5 downloads 😢
Hmm.... suspicious.
Don't mention at all my dear friend about invideo and vimeo!! What about this editors and stock videos and misic??
There are a number of popular stock platforms that I did not mention. I stuck with the ones that I have the most personal experience and knowledge of so as to produce a useful video. Anyone can do a little research online and get an idea of what platforms are like and then crank out a video. I wanted to only pull from my decade of personal experience with each platform. Since I haven't used Invideo or Vimeo as stock platforms, I left them out.
Yahh - Your final advice is der kittens mittens.
I'm sorry you were so offended by the video. Hope you find something helpful for your needs.
