Locker room translation: He was saying that he was feeling good in the fight, he wasn't tired, but that's how fighting is and that happens. He also said that he is relieved to be in a good financial situation and in the past when he lost a fight it was a very bad thing because he didn't have money to pay the bills. Today that doesn't happen anymore. He also said that their children were sad for the defeat and so was his father, but he already made other people's families sad for having won and that's how this world of fighting is. And finally, thank you to everyone on the team. Basically that's what he said.

If he was more cautious i think izzy would have ran out of options on how to beat alex.

AP is someone you don't have to worry about when it comes to having Class; He handled it better than his Team; And his Sister, who was pretty shaken up; Some things will have to fall in place, but there's a Very good chance the 2 will meet @
205; Some will have concerns w/ his chin, but everyone seems to think he'll be OK @ LHW, but there's some guys that can Crack in that Division; My hunch is w/ the ideal weight Alex will be faster, & harder to hit; 205 will also suit IZZY well,
and to be Honest w/ he could get an Immediate Title Shot @ 205, come back to 185 & finish what little business there is @ MW: If he waits and ALEX beats
someone IZZY couldn't in BLACHOWICZ, he probably gets the Title Shot if JIRI isn't back, & before or after ANTHONY SMITH who might get a chance of he beats WALKER; POATAN may have to win 2 to get a Shot if one of the other
scenarios take place: But the talk IZZY & ALEX had backstage was "on time"
There's another, longer Video of it from a different angle that's been posted that's tight: Warrior in the Cage, Good Dude outside of it.

This video gave me a new found respect for Poatan. First of all, keep making these videos! Very well done and this insight into the man outside of the events is so special and important.
We all knew he is a great warrior but it was amazing to see the human side of him. The positivity in the locker room after the fight, staying grateful, speaking about his experience, giving no excuses, remaining hopeful, and not discrediting Izzy whatsoever - a perfect example for your kids.
The respect when the two champs talked face to face was something that anyone could tell was genuine. This was the first rivalry I've seen with such maturity, respect, and tenderness, with no bad blood. Any intense feelings were not towards each other but towards themselves - both striving to perform their best. It's clear Izzy's emotionality surrounding the fight was towards his own doubt that Alex put in him - that is what he set out to defeat.
Fantastic show and a class act from all involved, much respect.
Now more than ever, I'm a fan of Alex Pereira. Looking forward to seeing you do great things in the future.
