App-internet? Dude that's just a new term for something that's been around for at least a decade, called a network-enabled application. Which most apps are these days. In fact, most CLOUD apps are built around this very concept, they offer an app, which is locally rendered (javascript/HTML5), then sends back ALL the info that's processed LOCALLY. ..And I chuckled a bit to myself when I saw Apple in the far right on that chart.
