I had the pleasure of seeing Murray perform with John Kennedy's band a couple of years ago. John and the band had come down to Melbourne for an album launch on a Saturday night. They had some time to fill before flying home on Sunday and through some local contacts played an early afternoon gig at my local bowls club. The rest of band were there early and I chatted with John, but Murray turned up just before the gig, no soundcheck, no warm up and nailed it. Rock God, indeed.
I’m a little bit older than the typical market that triple j is aimed at now. I remember the original wiggles before they were the wiggles and those guys could play. My daughter has grown up listening to the new wiggles and so I know how good they are. So the combination of the two is just joy to listen to. Great job all.
I saw Murray play DZ deathrays live and we were hoping he would somehow be on stage but when he actually came out and started shredding on that guitar WOW best moment of that splendour! have mad respect! old Wiggles feels like a cult for 90's/00's Aussie kids

She does play the drums, she has played the drums for the wiggles for many years now. What she isnt is an advanced drummer. Most wiggle songs are 123, so she had to learn abit more advanced stuff but she has been playing for years.

They gross more per year than most other Australian bands (pre Corona Virus), but still gave it some serious 'LikeAVersion' effort and mashed it. 👍🏽👍🏽
