Thank you for that awesome comparison. At the moment I use both, but I am still figuring out a workflow where it's clear where to put which information. My mind I use more for inspiration and keep for everyday tasks and real quick capture. If mymind would have easier export function I may rely completely on it. Serendipity is just awesome.
Nice. I agree on the export functionality. That could use some love. The more I use it, the more I'm getting closer and closer to using it exclusively for not just capturing but housing polished atomic notes. I'm exploring Heptabase for teasing out/processing/distilling ideas into atomic notes which then would go back into mymind with a tag or something. Still thinking through it though.
@@Greg_Wheeler interesting approach. Would love to hear how this works out. One thing I'd like would be having the option to chose serendipity mode for one (smart) space only beside the general serendipity mode. Like if u want to browse only video ideas for example. But all in all mymind is really an app which I feel better when using, which I cant say about many others:)

- The simplicity of Google Keep interface
- The tag AI and “serendipity mode” of Mymind
- The web clipper of Evernote

Did you try and see if Mymind does the same book thing if you clip from Goodreads?
I just tried and it works with Goodreads. I think it will work with the main book sites (Amazon, Goodreads, etc).
