You can still be a single parent even if the other parent is involved. So if both Mum and dad have broken up and have not remarried or are not dating anyone or they are dating someone but are not involved in that child’s life then they still are a single parent. So say if both parents have broken up and Mum has remarried but dad is still single Mum would no longer be a single parent but dad would be. A solo parent is when only one parent is raising the child and has not support from the other parent financially and they have no contact with the child. People very often get single and solo parenting mixed up. So my mum is a solo parent because my father is dead but if he was still alive and they where broken up they would both be single parent’s
@@Iwonka0081 Cassies mom isn’t in her life much, as far as I know. She is with Colson most, if not all the time. She goes on a lot of his tours, and even sings with him. Her mother could be in her life, but if so, it doesn’t seem to be to a large extent at all.
