- The Finals season 2 is here and it's pretty awesome. This brand new update for The Finals brings a brand new game mode, a new map, some new weapons, new gadgets, a ton of balance changes, private matches, updates to ranked play, and more. This is exactly the type of update players have been waiting for to hop back into The Finals again. In this video I will show some of the brand new game mode in The Finals along with the brand new Famas primary. Honestly this game is a ton of fun and I really recommend players hop back in and give it a go. I forgot just how dialed the actual sandbox feels and just how fun the matches can be. This game is a pretty nice refresh, with the Devs actively listening and acknowledging the games issues. Getting rid of Recon was awesome. We got new guns, new gadgets, new maps and a suprising amount of free and earnable cosmetics. Which is such a rarity nowadays. All I really want at this point is a better crosshair.
Well said. I really wasn't all that motivated to swing back, and literally half way through the session it was like... my goodness they have a legit feeling sandbox here and these kinds of updates are great. Really really cool to see

Loving this game like crazy. Picked it up mid season one and I've been grinding ever since with my duo. Season 2 is a blast so far, shame the game isn't turning heads the way I think it should.

Thanks as always for the interesting and insightful commentary. I had no idea this game had a new update. I quit playing because my computer struggled with it and the MMR range of my friends made the game far too sweaty and tedious. Still a pretty cool game though. I had some fun with it. Not something I'm liable to ever play again though.

Man I really gotta try this game. I have it downloaded on my xbox series x but yet to play it and now seeing more gameplay I definitely have to play it. Thanks Taco! Excited to hear what you think of The Finals. Season 2 won me back, the game has such a fun sandbox and gunplay. Super stoked for the networking update coming Tuesday on Infinite. I'm hopeful it won't be the last big update before 343 announces the end of support (I feel like they are going to make that announcement in the next couple of months). I was just saying to a friend yesterday that you can climb up more than you think, like you can climb ad high as you can jump with your arms extended and that you mantle as if you're playing Mirror's Edge. Makes absolute sense that they're ex Mirror's Edge devs on this too. The movement does feel fluid like it
I wasn’t interested in this game initially, but maybe I’ll give the game a try when I have the time.
2 weeks later: I got to try it out last night. It’s pretty fun maybe I’ll get a friend to play it with me.

I'm thinking a Ryzen 7 7800X3D. I'm on a 7700k from the rig I built in 2017 and it's just bottlenecked on everything these days
Is it worth trying it out with an i5 12300H and 8gb ram?
Or wouldn't it be playable at all?
