The viral sense is due to hair models who are indeed (usually younger) people who may have time available to focus on longer routines. Good for them-truly. Some of us just don’t have that luxury (5-10 mins top is what I can afford).

I have super thick, long hair and it took a bit of a learning curve- my curls last for 2-3 days and it makes my hair SO shiny people compliment me every time I use it. I can do curls or a blow out or use the brush attachment to straighten my hair. I use the long barrels. Being able to go from wet to dry in one-go is a gamecharger!

Oh my goodness, thank you for the Dyson reality check. I wanted one because I thought it might help make doing my curls less exhausting (I'm chronically fatigued) but it sounds like you pay more in time and I certainly don't need that!
Great video Sofia! I couldn’t agree more about the Dyson. I think it’s an excellent blow dryer and the technology is really amazing. I like the smoothing attachmen because I have thick wavy/curly hair. BUT.. I never use mine either because of the two things you mentioned: it takes forever and it doesn’t last. I really want to try the T3 curling wand set but I’m so scared it’ll be wasted money again. My favs on this list are the candy glaze lips, Kosas brown pencil, ND and TF eyeshadows, WA bronzer stick. My favorite TF fragrances are Lost Cherry and Soliel Blanc. I picked up Kayali Vanilla 28 and Angels Share in this sale💜
Tom Ford shadow obsessed here too! Nude dip is my all time fav and I have 2 backups just in case they go crazy and discontinue them. I always replenish my skincare (I do use la mer and have for 30 years). Love it. And my sunscreen and Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. I got the ysl eye shadow in stora dolls which was surprisingly gay different from nude dip so I needed it since it was 20% off haha. Market tubing mascara is my fav. Thanks for shari all your recs!
I decided not to stock up bc it's not worth buying a product 5 months ahead to save $7. This year I'm only buying a couple of sets: Summer Fridays, a perfume sampler and haircare. I've purchased a few palettes on launch but otherwise I don't need or want any makeup.

I so agree in regards of the Dyson! For me was a massive disappointment, my hair is superlong, almost at my waist! And I got it to later realize I got the short barrels and theres a version with long barrels, which are sold out all the time, now I have to buy the long barrels on the top of what I aready payed for the device itself 😒
I bought the Dyson with a 20% discount last year and I love it! But, I LOVE to do my hair. My hair is fine and I have to use a ton of products for my hair to hold. If you don’t find doing your hair fun or you aren’t an empty nester with time on your hands (like me) then the Dyson probably will not be a good purchase.
Have you considered opening a Mercari shop to sell gently used makeup and products you don't use, like the Dyson?? That money can go right back into your channel. Just a thought. Grabbing some of your recommendations for sure. Love your videos.

Ooooo that’s a hard choice. The Guerlain formula will be a lot softer for a blended look. The Hermes formula is a lot different it will be creamy and high shine for the metallics

For those interested in good moisturizer, I mean better than LaMer ( I tried many and LaPrairie was the best ) LaMer was like nothing for me because it did nothing at all ( and I not in my twenties or thirties and can really tell the difference) LaPrairie was good but its very expensive. Long story short if you want to see results of LaPrairie but don't want to sell your kidney 😂 try K beauty Pyunkang Yul Black Tea Enriched Cream. Yes its that good.
I’m in the minority here not loving that TF bronzer….. Now that GUCCI bronzer in fair is the best bronzer I HAVE EVER TOUCHED/USED it’s the BEST SHADE FOR FAIR/LIGHT skin tones, odd I didn’t care for the darker shade ( during the summer ) just something special about that GUCCI fair ,) I plan to snag that Guerlan bronzer, it’s on my list…. So disappointed if shade recommended me to a neutral tone, waited to long to return it so now it just sits, considering getting a different shade but being winter I might wait until summer to get it again ,)
