It's amazing how even with an anime you can see the pain Rai feels while watching his ONLY friend lose his family and how he looks at him while blood runs out of his eye is just brutal.. like "I'm so sorry that you're making me do this my friend"
Rai is someone who is very strong and self-less, yet you want to protect him at all cost. You don't want him to sacrifice himself even if it means that you're harming yourself in the process. The authors were doing an incredible job developing Rai's character and playing with readers' heart. 😭😭😭😭
you have to watch them, Noblesse animation nr. 1 is nice and heartbreaking and noblesse animation is really awesome and cool :D you should watch them, each only 30 mins^^

amazing manhwa. both anime adaptations not so much. i mean i loved the visual quality of the MADHOUSE ova adaptations but it completely destroyed the manhwa story-wise with how much the skipped in order for it to fit in the ova.
