@@thisusernameisamazing4184 Crit values don't dictate much on the leaderboard, maybe what you lack is some role values like raw stats %, energy recharge, em, and then crit values. For example, my Arlecc is top 0.3% and has stayed there ever since I missed one good role on her Pyro cup and the only hope left for me is artifact elixirs… so yeah… it sucks ass to rely on such bs.

When the sanctifying elixir works, it works great. I got a 40CV flower for my Arle that bumped her up from top 15% to top 7% on Akasha. We just normally see the bad outcomes online.

My man, go to the water cave northeast of Fountain daily for 6 Crystalflies... there is a port right by it and since they are underwater they move slower. You'll get to a ton of them in no time.

Don't know about HSR, but in ZZZ compared to Genshin at least you don't have to deal with 4 possible roll values in each stats, and there is one less sub stat (no ER substats in ZZZ). I've built most characters fairly easily in both games, but I'd say ZZZ is easier even though you don't get a freebie with the off-piece
farming on genshin drains my life force (because of the resin. hsr however, has that lil restoring resin thing that you get when you're not online, love it)
@@jellybelIy you mean the backup thing that charges 3 times slower than the normal recharge time? That's on ZZZ too. I never use it because it's very inneficient. I prefer the extra max resin that makes it so it fully charges in like 26 hours instead of 24. It means I don't need to be on the dot =P

On my alt, Im stuck with a a truly shit sands on my Golden Troupe Yae Miko (3.5 crit, 12.4 crit dmg, 35 EM, 807 flat HP). I went to the artificer after two months if unsuccessful grinding and just created a sands piece to end my suffering. It rolled the exact same stats with slightly different numbers. I have not used the artificer since.
The first artifact I crafted was pretty good. The 2nd one was useless, the 3rd one barely escaped fodder status (for now), and the 4th one was useless too
While i like the idea of crafting weapons that i struggle to get, i rather farm domains because the elixers i used literally didnt roll into crit alot which screwed my build for hu tao over so i rather farm the domains and then strongbox when i have a lot for a character who needs a better build

I feel like they would make more money if artifacts were easier to get because you can justify buying a new character if you have fully built the ones you have. The RNG of artifact domain giving the right set, the right main stat, getting 4 sub stats, the right sub stat combination and the rolls going into the beneficial stats is just crazy levels of chance. The artifact maker would be the most balanced approach if we could do it as often as we wanted cause we would still need to farm artifacts to extract then have the 4 sub stats, and correct rolls RNG to keep people playing. I really don’t get their goals for the artifact system, unless it’s purely there for whales to have something to chase after they have brought everything they can but even then they limit resin top ups so I just don’t understand the goal.
If you are making a dps jean. Is not a better option go with the another anemo set? The set that usually use for wanderer and xiao. Jean could activate without problem and you can use the aquila favonius thos boost the physical damge of your normal and charge attacks. plus that set will also bust them

I was trying to get a good goblet through the elixirs. Got a er, crit rate, crit dmg hydro damage bonus for Furina and it mostly rolled into flat def

The artifact elixirs are a big help, but artifact themselves are still RNG rolls on levelling which stats, so it still kinda annoying
