Speaking of life, we both wanted to give you an update on the season we’re in. When we filmed this, I was very pregnant with our third child. During the pregnancy, the Lord was revealing so much to both Jonathan and I about the season we were in. Being a parent is such a fulfilling part of my life, and I am so excited to give you a glimpse!

This was an awesome podcast! I love seeing young believers sharing how the Lord reveals Himself and speaks insight through the Word, quiet times and dreams. So beautiful how He gives us children and then teaches us about His love through them! God is so good!

thank you for inviting us into your world. so excited for you both and the expectancy of your third child (a daughter). In answer to your question, how do I hear from God? I would agree, He speaks a lot through His Word, it is a dialogue when reading it. I have heard an audible voice at times, very clear, and also through His messengers (Pastor's sermons and people's testimonies). He wants to speak to us, we just need to be willing to listen. I love the song, "Word of God Speak, won't you pour down like rain, washing my eyes to see your majesty. To be still and know that you're in this place, please let me stay and rest in your Holiness, Word of God speak." Wishing you all the best with labor and delivery. Can't wait to hear her name. Part of me wants to guess Grace. :)

Congratulations!! I am watching this after the birth of you little Princess, pappi's princess. (Sorry that our dear Marcus is not here to share your little bundle of joy with you). Back to the question of how we hear God. I spend quiet time with Him when I first get up in the morning. It is the most enjoyable time of my day. I look forward to that special time with Him and I feel His presence, the peace that only comes from Him alone. His Word gives me the comfort and assurance that I need to navigate through troubled times, always reminding me that He is with me, most times through the scriptures or a song. But I know His voice.
