All Protestants should be aware of the facts. The Pro-life movement started with the Catholic Church which has taught contraception is a sin, down through the centuries. Protestantism's relationship with contraception and abortion is a sad example of the how Sola Scriptura is a failed and erroneous practice... When each Protestant sect stopped holding that the Bible taught contraception was a sin, this made the baby the enemy and abortion then followed and was endorsed by the various Bible-Alone organizations. For example 1967 saw 21 Protestant "ministers" establish the Protestant Clergy Consultation Service on Abortion. At the same time the Southern Baptists and other conservative Bible-Alone sects became un-opposed to abortion. American Baptist Association, 1967 stated "abortion is a matter of personal choice", 1970 Presbyterian sect did the same, 1971 United Church of Christ did the same, 1972 United Methodists did the same, 1978 Billy Graham endorsed abortion and reaffirmed this on Larry King Show in 1988. The list goes on and on. Ever wondered why your Protestant masters do not tell you this?
Thank you for this reminder ma'am Shara...it's a great one..
This is the kind of church the Lord blesses ...the church is loving and caring to those in need.
