The national award committee also ignore the due for Padmashri. L P compose beautiful music also B grade films Parasmani Sathi Savithri Lootera many more they received their first filmfare award for Dosti over competion Raj Kapoors musical blockbuster Sangam. SATYAM SHIVAM SUNDARAM is all time best musical score in their career. Their classical tune for title song of the film Aye Din Bahar Ke evergreen hit.
