Omg thank you so much at nakita ko itong vid mo… Wala kc ng sumasagot sa akin if I ask the GC about Canon pigment ink. Usually puro epson cla. I’m a person pa naman na ayaw ng Magulong mundo. Glad makaka decide na ako na kunin ko ung Canon GX3070 for my stickers and memopad

Have you tried printing on glossy paper? Does the black ink looks blue-ish? I have that problem with my epson. 😢
I haven't noticed that... But I don't have problems printing with glossy paper on this printer ☺️
Why did you choose that over gx3070? Same function but with print and scan. Also much cheaper
Hello. the gx3070 wasn't really in my options before because it was introduced months after I already bought the gx5070.. 😊
If you're choosing between the two printers, you may do research on their specs to know what is best for your needs... The gx5070 prints faster.. it also looks better for me aesthetically... The tilting control panel is also a plus ergonomically.. While the gx3070 has a flatbed which can feed thicker papers, I don't have a problem printing up to 300gsm paper on my gx5070 so it's not a big deal for me... it's all up to you which one you'll get.. both are great printers!
hello were you able to check if the Canon pigment ink is waterproof?
Hello yes I did... the print is water resistant.. unlike dye inks, it won't smudge .. the paper though is not waterproof, you have to use a waterproof paper or a photo top to make it completely waterproof

I think it depends on your print settings.. the higher the quality you want, the slower it prints... It's faster when you use the standard print settings, the quality is also ok when you print pictures on that setting 😊
600x1200 DPI. preatty low However thats just my personal op as i lrint photos
@@ayatotakema1194 it's true that the resolution is not as good compared to dye ink printers... Since it uses pigment inks, the output is slightly darker but still vibrant. The print will also be more water and fade resistant.. so it's a good crafting companion for me since I mostly print on tote bags and paper crafts.
When choosing a printer, It really depends on your needs 😊

Printing business owner din po kayo? Ang ganda po nito pero just get na lang po Yung 6070 if may larger budget kayo ☺️
@@champrints yes small business owner din po ako. Hanap ko kasi pigment printer and less maintenance. Kasi may time po talaga no orders.
@@champrints Why do you consider 6070? 5070 is way cheaper. You'll save around ₱7,000 and the only difference between the two is the scanner & touchscreen.
@@jaeletters only if I have a larger budget, I will get the 6070 because of the touchscreen display and the scanner... but the quality is just the same so it is still good to get this unit if you don't need the scanner to save money 😊

Can print on 260gsm art card?
@@RVRhythmicMusicProduction hello I am not familiar of art cards.. But it won't have a problem printing on a glossy or matte 260 gsm card..

Sa orange app, canon flagship store.. last year pa po yan 🙂 I think out of stock.. also try din sa googly gooeys

Hi, san po kayo bumibili ng genuine inks for this? Planning to switch to canon na. 5years na ako nag epson mura nga ang ink pero laging clog ang magenta pag naka pigment, ayoko na HAHHAHAHa print head costs me 2800! i have 5 epson printers. Suko na ako
Hello after a year .. Hindi pa po ako nakabili Ng refill for my printer ... May mga authorized stores po ng canon sa orange app .. then madami na po kayo magagawang projects sa initials inks Ng printer

@@jancarlosantos8504 try niyo po sa orange app.. sa canon flagship ko po yan nabili :) meron din ata sa authorized sellers.. if Wala ka pong mahanap you may check po Maxify GX4070.. mas pricey lng pero it can feed daw up to 500gsm

I thought this was the printer I was looking for until I saw the ink prices, Epson WF5290 chipless converted is still cheaper than this printer.
I cannot comment on this because I don't personally use the Epson c5290 chipless 😊 But I think all printers that do not use original inks easily get clogged if not used for a long time.. I don't print everyday that's why I got this printer.. plus it is really ink efficient.. after 3 months of using it, it seems that the ink has not been reduced 😅
Maybe I think this is not the best choice for low cost printing .. this is the best choice though for art stickers, art prints, and photos since it uses original pigment inks which have very vibrant outputs..
Canon original pigment inks are cheaper than original Epson pigment inks for the c5290.☺️... It's all up to you which one you should choose that best fits your needs 🤎🤎🤎
@@champrints Yep, all your inputs are true and I believe this printer is better than Epson WF5290. the big advantage of this printer is the convenience, but If you're a small business owner you have to look at all the possibilities to minimize the cost of your products. P5k/set is almost a brand-new L121 printer. But then, I agree with what you've said 'It's up to the buyer which printer they need'.

I agree with you. I am contemplating between this and any cheaper version of Epson that I can convert to pigmenmt ink. I currently have canon g1010 and an epson L3156. I converted the epson printer but over the past 3 yrs I've had so many issues with it. had to replace printer head because it clogged as I rarely use it. I also hate that it has these sharkteeth which I do not want to remove and I hate that It has a hard timeprinting on media that are 250 gsm up and recently having issues printing on my Itech sticker vinyl. so yes, I kinda would rather go for canon I have never had a headache with my G1010 the only downside for g1010 is dye based inks. thank you for your review and honest opinion it really helps @@champrints

@@titorial8412 yes worth it naman po kc magtatagal.ung printer nyo.. if you're planning to use.po generic inks, just use po Epson printer, mas compatible sila.. ☺️
@@titorial8412 hello inkrite has recently released compatible inks for this printer.. I don't plan on switching inks, but you might check this out if you're looking for cheaper alternative shope.ee/4fUp8483sb
