Happy Birthday 🎉 🎂 The straps coming undone are a common defect of these Tabby line. I have two of the leather bags and I have the same issue with both of the bags. If I'm wearing it crossbody the whole bag will fall on the floor because one of the clasps comes off. Such a gorgeous style but such a stressful headache because you're always trying to make sure the straps stay on.

I have the purple and not sure if I didn’t secure it properly, but my wristlet fell off while walking across the parking lot! I was so glad that I heard it drop and was able to recover it.
So happy you heard it and could grab it! I was devastated when mine was lost for a while, and I’m so happy I was able to find it. I still have no idea how it came off. I’ve taken to just tucking mine into thy bag now!
These defects are crazy for a $350 jelly bag. I loved the look and saw some used but that's a no I am not carrying tools to fix it. Plus you have to keep paying attention as you wear it.
@@GirlinPursesuit I am so sorry. I know it is plastic but I have a plastic crossbody from Walmart that I have worn daily for a year and a half with one issue that I fixed. Everyone talks about paying more for quality but I get more quality on a clearance $4 mens 80's style crossbody at Walmart. It seems like a scam.
Omg I’m going to check my tabby jelly. I’ll let you know if the screw is coming out👍🏻 for the strap make sure the little clasp is facing the outside of the bag and it won’t happen 👍🏻 the Coach Cassie had the same issues
Please let me know! I feature this bit in my next vlog, but a gal on Instagram actually reached out to me about her jelly tabby, and hers did THE SAME thing with the screw! She ended up losing it altogether, and the jelly strap completely disconnected from the D ring. I actually immediately went to Coach and have mine in at repairs right now. The Coach associate said it might be the first signs of a mass defect with these bags 😭 I’ll definitely keep everyone posted!

Interesting you mention the claw clip coming off, because a couple of years ago people were reporting the same problem with the Cassie. It was resolved by turning the clip around so the knob is on the outside and the rounded part is on the inside. It makes it harder to get caught on things. TYFS! 😊🧡😊🎈

Oh no!! I just had to return mine for the same reason the screw kept coming out, they sent me a new one, and I just got it. I hope this one doesn’t do it, they told me it was a defective bag. So the new one wouldn’t do that. Mine came out 3 times in 1 day. Luckily the screw didn’t get lost

I have the green jelly tabby and the EXACT same thing happened to mine before I ever wore it out of the house. Luckily I also had a mini screwdriver and was able to fix it. Knowing it is continuing to happen to your bag has me a bit worried. It’s not an everyday bag for me so I guess I will just have to tighten screws before each use.
So my next vlog features this; however, I actually was messaged by a gal on Instagram reporting the same problem with her pink jelly. She didn’t catch it, unfortunately, and she ended up losing the screw and the jelly portion of the strap is now disconnected from the D ring. It honestly made me very afraid that I’d lose mine altogether, so I have taken it into Coach repairs. I let them know of the multiple incidents where this has happened, and it may be the starting signs of mass defects with the jelly 😭
