I found the original while not having realized I've probably heard it in Mr. Robot months before.
It's not just the series. I find all 60s harmonic music oddly nostalgic.
I guess it goes back to Carpenter's Village Of The Damned somehow. I'm not sure.
In any case, I did not know they were Belgian.

Million, change that to hours that's 61,111.111... hours, change that to days it's 2546 days, change that to years it's ~6.98 years.
The fact that the synthesized vocal sections are so short leaves you wanting more. That's how a perfect crescendo is executed. You climax a song, but then don't wear out the good parts so as to accentuate the climax. Great structure and class to this composition!
I try not to wear out the good parts but sometimes after the climax you just need some rest.

This brings back memories. I can so perfectly imagine myself in high school walking around the gym’s track and this comes on Pandora. It’s sucha specific feeling.

This song takes me back to when I was 7 years old, and the ad for then new Ford Focus ST came out. In orange, a brilliant ad with such a kick ass soundtrack. Made me crave for that car back then. And 15 years later, an orange Focus ST225 is still in my dream car garage
