positions aren't given by amount of lines but by skill. For example Jeongyeon doesn't get many lines but she's lead vocalist because she has the second best technique in twice. Also by your logic you're saying Jihyo should be lead vocal because she gets the second most lines and not first. But it's obvious she main vocalist because of her skill and technique.

I think Mina only had been done injustice in What is Love (2 very short lines), More&more (no bridge) and I Can't stop me (super short bridge). Other songs she has pretty good lines.
