"it's Christmas and it's festive and it's yummy" is pretty much my excuse for everything I'm putting in my mouth right now 😂
I definitely think that if you started working out, only just once a week, you would lose fat but gain muscle. Muscle actually weighs more than fat. Working out does hurt when you just start but after a while it’s amazing. You get addicted to the soreness. If you are sore, you know you did it well.

with strength training you will actually gain weight because you build muscle mass. muscle is very heavy vs fat so you most likely won’t lose weight
I absolutely love sore muscles, it shows that I have done something good for body to be more stronger. :)

Zoe, working out while you are on your period is actually better, it sounds weird but its the truth I´ve tried it and it actually takes the pain away
It really does depend on the person because I used to work out until my GP told me to stop because working out caused my periods to be abnormally heavy and I used to pass out because they got so painful

I use a muscle soak in a hot bath after exercise and it stop my muscles from getting too sore.
