I think everything stays put for the next few years, trickling down to college and high school. Eventually it will swing to something new and depending on the rule changes it is hard to know for sure. If I had to guess the NBA will change rules to make it more balances (ie easier for bigs to score, harder for drawing fouls).
This is not Pick and Roll. Pick and Roll is when the big man picks, loses his defender and you pass to him and he scores inside. If that doesnt happen, the Pick and Roll is not successful but it can create mismatch on defense if the 2 defenders switches assignments, so the big guy will have a smaller guard on him which is also big advantage. These videos just show big man providing a pick. Its just a pick, which leaves Doncic with an open shot. If both defenders focus on Doncic, and leave the big guy open he can pass to the big man for a jump shot in which case its called a Pick and Pop.
