Albanian is an Indo-European language, albeit the sole survivor on its branch, whereas Turkish is a Turkic language. Some Albanian dialects did penetrate into Turkey a bit - there may be the occasional remnant, but the languages aren't really related.

Although the languages of the Balkans have developed a number of similarities due to centuries of interaction (forming the so-called Balkan Sprachbund) I find it hard to believe that anyone could confuse Albanian and Turkish. In this instance, the word "HAYIR" at 14:01 alone is enough to decide! Even if you don't know that "hayır" means "no" in Turkish, the letter "y" represents a vowel in Albanian but a consonant in Turkish, and in "HAYIR" it clearly stands for a consonant.

While I don't know Turkish, having visited Türkiye on 5 occasions and living in an area of London with lots of Turkish shops, I am used to seeing a lot of words ending with IR and IM. And I know that Albanian doesn't tend to have such Turkic sounding words.
