Nothing wrong with the power in that vehicle….5.5 0-60 is plenty for 90% of people. Most of us aren’t stoplight drag racing. Plenty for fun on some backroad twisties. Wish it was maybe $6-7k cheaper.

I got the 430 xi for my kid over the M240. Here are my reasons, 6k less, more spacious, and comfortable, overall a better daily driver, the big grill design she liked better. Looks more modern and luxurious. Plus I don’t want her to race around too much. 255hp 290 torque a 0-60 in 5.5 a 155mph top speed with a 25city 34hwy is powerful enough plus economically fits better. On the other hand I drive a v8 e92 M3 😎. And I wouldn’t change it for anything.
I bought a 2023 Gran Coupe 420d x-drive and it's great. Beautiful design, great interior, huge trunk and very nice to drive. Being a diesel, the 50 mpg is a real bonus. It's not the fastest BMW, but it doesn't disappoint when getting on the highway or opening it up on country road. The only complaint I heard from my family members is that the rear seats are too upright. Thanks for the video!
I like this one way better than the other coupe. I'm trying to let the 240 grow on me but with that exterior style, I just can't vibe with it. Getting back to the 430, this bad boy sounds impressive for a 4 cylinder!
I had a f32 440xi m sport and wound up trading it in for a G42 M24xi. The M440 just felt too big and the M240 was exactly what I wanted, at around $62k. Size wise it reminds me of my old E92 335. And lastly I don't want a 4 cylinder car, although the B48 is a great engine.
Yeah thats because its all fake engine sounds in the speakers. So in sport mode it plays a louder tone inside the cabin. The actual exhaust doesn't really make much of a difference.
Got the 2024 BMW 430i because it has more space than the 240i and gas is ridiculously high in California. Plus, I don’t race. You can’t race in California, there is always bumper to bumper traffic here😢
I am just in the mix of purchasing a 430i xDrive coupe with sports package, this is my first car and I think for my age having too fast of a car like the M440i at my age could be a dumb decision because I drive fast enough already
I also ordered the 2025 which honestly doesn’t have many changes besides a few interior and exterior colors as well as a change in what comes in the shadow line package as well as the performance package.
I dont own a 430i, im looking to get one, and the reason I want it over the 240 is, it's more practical as a daily driver... I dont need to speed all that much, and even my current 428i is peppy enough for me, so it comes down to practicality, looks, and fuel efficiency, and to me the 430i just looks nicer and is better on gas so that's the reason

outside is gorgeous but inside is hideous. That square center console is fine but the fact that it is one piece with the gauge cluster is horrible. Looks like a tesla. Also what is the big deal removing the controls for the AC? They left the radio controls instead of the AC, which is a big no-no, as you have already your controls for the audio on the steering wheel, but you need to use the touch screen to use the AC. And no shifter makes it look like a toy. Nice to have paddles, but most people do not drive on track, and when you use the car in real scenarios your arms move around the steering wheel, so not having the shifter in the center console is a huge loss, unless you always drive in auto mode. Again, they are looking at tesla, not understanding that people buy BMW because they want a BMW, not a tesla.
You can definitely fit in the back. At 5ft 11 I fit. Compared to other 2 door cars with back seats, this one isn't bad. Wouldn't want to be back there long. But it's doable
By default M-Performance brakes is only available in Red, Orange and Yellow caliber unless you create BMW individual.. also if you look at the brake disc is smaller than M-Performance .. I bought the M-Performance brakes to my 4 series Grand Coupe usually they are also default perforated, but maybe there is differences in US and Europe…

The sound of the engine does change a bit when tou change the driving mode, but I can barely hear the difference when you were revving it.
