Incredible! God is good. More people survived than died. Tragic. Great footage. Back in the day when we had real news reporting instead of newspapers trying to create the news.
He didn't. Only four of the 12 crewmen stationed in the bow section made it out alive, and one of them died in hospital later that night. The fellow you see falling wasn't one of these men.
I am sorry, but the crewman that jumped from the bow that had to be at the very least 50ft is not the one you point to immediately after that's leads to believe he jumped right up almost immediately?? Right as you put the arrow on him "crewman jumping" if you look on the ground and a man is running right to left. There's nothing on the ground right then. After he jumps, you will see almost immediately someone there on the ground and one of their legs sticking up.. Just happens right that that exact moment someone closer in the foreground crosses the cameras line of sight going from left to right which also makes it hard to piece together visually. One last observation, when he jumps the nose is already beginning to fall. Make a straight line to the ground he would have somehow not only landed on he feet but also landed a good 10 to 12 feet to the right. Which is why you now see the leg sticking up at the spot where he should have and did hit the ground...
@@HaveYouSeenThisChannelyes. I think you’re right. I just thought, since you were being so thorough, that one stood out to me because it was so dramatic and I was surprised you didn’t circle him. Anyway, it’s moot now. I really did enjoy the footage, which seems to have been sanitized out of all the others. Thank you.
The fact that ANYONE survived this would be unbelievable without the footage
More people survived than died supposedly
I am still baffled to this day on how this many people survived. And also they reacted so quickly.
This needs more views
That's how we feel about all our videos.
@@HaveYouSeenThisChannel Nah; it's well edited. Can you copyright it because everyone wonders about this?

Thank you!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who wondered this. One of them jumped from so high, I don't understand how he got away!
You are very welcome.
Did that guy live?? That had to have been a 100+ foot fall

0:35 that shot is so unreal and iconic. incredible footage at any time.
0:51 that man nearly made it out alive
At 0:31, I don't think that guy is alive. You see him hit the ground hard.
1:00 that was helmsman Kurt Schönherr controlling the main rudder wheel in the control car
Did he live?
@@JohnDoe-yi4xd yes he did there’s a picture of him being lead away from the crash by 2 medics
thank yo for that info. whenever i see that guy crawl out of what looks like the pits of hell i always wonder i he lived
OMG that is horrific

0:28 bruh if I jump of my bed I would still die
It’s really good. You missed the one last guy who stumbles out of the flames from about the middle of the zeppelin. But yeah, great breakdown.
Thank you for the compliments. You might be referring to the passenger circled at the end of the previous clip.
