We decided to take on Herobrine in Minecraft Manhunt! This video is a different rendition of normal Manhunt, where we go up against an AI bot that has abilities like the legend of Herobrine!
Herobrine has and probably always will be Minecraft's greatest evil villain. If Steve is Minecraft's best friend, Herobrine is it's enemy.
This was super challenging, but was a lot of fun. We made a video a while ago where we took on a terminator, and this is similar to that, but even more advanced and with special abilities!

This is a new Minecraft but, 1.16 challenge that we have decided to try. I try to beat the game, while my friend AND my friend AND my friend tries to prevent me from doing it. It's a race, and it's super intense and we had a lot of laughs. I love doing these challenges.
If this video gets 1,000,000 likes we'll do a rematch!

It's kind of interesting how they switched between scared of herobrine and tired with/annoyed at him
not really, it's an eventual outcome of any minecraft mod that is supposed to scare you, but annoys you too much. Same thing happens with horror mods

They gained armour and tools and thus became better prepared for Herobrine and it annoyed them rather than hurt them.
I like that they all start off terrified of Herobrine, and then around halfway through the video, they are just annoyed by him.

Make a disguise AI bot that can pretend to be one of you and comes when you are divided. He can casually chop trees, running around like nothing, and then suddenly attack. He can change skin and nickname, so no difference between him and player.

I think it could be pretty easy for the players to tell the IA apart from them. They can just say "Hey i'm holding a flower now" or something like this when they see each other. Nice idea tho!

Some suggestions for herobrine:
1. targets the one with most value (armor, ores, food)
2. walks on water. (Stops boat cheesing)
3. Gives audio cues and teleports occasionally to the target with highest value, but is also able to give false audio cues, and stalks more than attacking.
The rest i leave it to the replies.
Also remove the bed abilities because it's too op

For those who are thinking why leaves were disappering
It is because it is a myth that Herobrine have a power/ curse because of that whenever he appears somewhere the trees l in the nearby area's leaves disappers
I understand why they didn’t but doing this on the older versions of Minecraft would’ve made him even more terrifying. Glad they coded his abilities to be consistent with the versions when he was still in the game, eg swimming doesn’t exist, no dual wielding, and old combat.

Edit: theres also definitely a balance to how op he is. the bed at the very end was def way too op, because they would have died sooner or later in the nether or the end.

Theory:herobrine does not deal that much damage not because he was holding back but because he was not used to the new versions and only know how to act like the version he was discovered this also impacts his swimming since there was no swimming feature in the old days.
