What happens if we introduce a series resistor in the input side and for time varying square wave input signal, how to calculate R and C (if the input signal frequency is around 1MHz how the circuit behaves and what type of diode we have to chose ?).
Thanks dear. May I request you not to abbreviate Assalam Wa Alikum Wa Rahmatullahe Wa Barakatahoo. We both can earn sawab this way. Jazak Allah Khairan.
We are just calling the voltage across the Capacitor as Vc. When we are getting the answer as negative. If you take it as -Vc, you will get answer as positive. So it does not really matter, as long as you understand and plot accordingly.
You are wrong bro. The capacitor cannot be charge in the insulated side, it can only charge when the source is connected to the conductor side (positive terminal). Poor teaching bro. Once the capacitor gets charge, its polarity remains the same.

15:18 wrong answer bcz capacitor polarity had been taken wrong it should be - + instead of +-
