I've heard Sadhguru say that just walking counter clockwise, on a full moon, while you are damp, in a consecrated space (ex. Devil's Tower in Wyoming) is enough to activate the throat chakra. But how long does it stay open? How often can it be activated?
fire is significant in connection of any kind. No fire, no connection. what are the butterflies is your belly when you are in love? it is an inner fire connecting. campfires throughout the history of human kind were the places of connection, sharing... all mystic rituals requires fire for that reason. triangle represents the fire element, first element created out of Akash. Fire also means outward movement, which in Earth atmosphere means up. Symbolism of downward triangle means fire's bondage by the Earth element. and so on and so forth. The whole book can be written about fire and triangles, so be aware, that this is just scratching the surface.
