This actually matches Elastic Heart... I do hate how people confuse it with romance, when in reality the song means something else; it's being scared of loving someone (not necessarily in a romantic way) and being scared to heal.
Actually, Maddie said in an interview she and Shia were werewolves and she was the aggressive one. He relied on her for food and protection but had to be careful not to set her off or get too close.

One of most beautiful animations for undertale. Hand animations are friggin hard and i know it because i had problems making STICK animations not saying about Drawn animations. Well i guess if you have crap tonz of experience in drawing motion than it is easy as pie. But still it is one of most challenging and time consuming methods to animate anything. And chaotic dance like this ... well you all get the idea.
still waiting for a finished version heh :D 6 years later now and i bet there would be enough new gained animation experience to have a completely reworked incredible piece in the end, looking at how smooth the dance moves were already animated back in 2016
