According to AMD on the Computex talk (just happened in Taiwan) they are working together with Microsoft to make the new X86 mobile processors work with this copilot+. It is soooooo bad.

Yeah now instead of worrying about your data being tracked by Microsoft, now u have to worry those data being stolen from some 3rd party malware creator lol.
they are just going to be new versions for example download: 32 bit, 64 Bit and ARM AI, something like that !! like I said, we are not going to have this shit because they are going to be somewhat expensive !! so if you have BARO $$$$$ go ahaed I'm ok with the normal 64 bit platform !!!

I don't like the name 'Copilot'. It's not a great name.
I agree that Microsoft should have stuck with Google Android... That stated, I think Google Android could come back stronger on Copilot+ PCs.
I don't think I would mind using the AI screen recording features if I were using it purely for productivity purposes, e.g. Word Processing, Video Editing, and so on. I wouldn't trust it for Internet Banking.
I using edge just for copilot to summarise my notes and pdf even handwritten notes. But if always gonna spy on me then for sure its big no no

I think you're absolutely right, except for on the part of x86 on ARM emulation. Translation layers are getting better and easier almost exponentially according to the experts, without much of a performance hit if any. I don't think Microsoft will struggle anything near Apple did with Rosetta, and compared to their usual upgrade hiccups Apple didn't struggle more either. Give it maybe 2-5 years. X86 won't go anywhere in the meantime but at least ARM will be smooth-sailing.
My take is that if they would've wanted to violate your privacy, they wouldn't have even mentioned the recall feature or allowed you to turn it off.
