i notice the BPM fluctuating rapidly at 1:11, but can't really see a difference in the notes. was this intended as a stutter gimmick, or what could've happened there?
edit: replaying it using the timestamp, i can see the gimmick a lot better . even if it's hard to notice, it actually looks super cool. kinda wanna see this same gimmick done at a slower BPM

Yes, down jacks seems to be 32nd->64th.
In this section, swing notes are described as cyan(196,213 combo)
