These scenes were made all the more touching by the fact that Cass & Felicia were separated by the glass partition and could not physically comfort each other.
I don't remember all the details, but she was out on bail and staying with Donna and Michael, becoming increasingly delusional that Cass would take her back. When he didn't, Nicole went after Frankie, blaming her for everything. Eventually Nicole was taken for psychiatric evaluation.
@@robertdubs9466 If Nicole had been honest with Cass from the very beginning re: Jason's death, I think Cass would have done his damnedest to help her out, IMO...
@@robertdubs9466 Nicole was a really odd character - when she first arrived in the mid-80's, she was a model addicted to cocaine, then when she came back - she was against her father and was trying to protect Donna and Michael, then she came back as a fashion designer and killed someone. Crazy history.
Feel for Cass.
I am an avid AW fan but I missed this scene. Thanks for posting.

One of the truly great LOVES of daytime. To have such a friendship ..
How did it end for the character of Nicole after the arrest

She ended up going into a mental institution because she went off the deep end.
