Hello all! 1st of April the intro ends! Not March! It's been a long day! Thanks!

Thanks for the informative video. The main objection I have is the colour of the interface, whoever decided on the dark green and dimmed options has made making selections visually challenging. Why could that not make it more clear as their other products in the series :(

Hey!! Thanks for the message! I find this really interesting because I’ve always had poor vision which until recently could be corrected by glasses. In recent months and recent videos I’ve had to use accessibility features. That said, I didn’t struggle with this instrument at all. I did upgrade to an s61 mk3 and therefore the new software. From an accessibility view point, the ability to resize the window in Komplete Kontrol is very helpful for me. The library browser is very frustrating though as you cannot expand the preset names. So pros and cons, but the GUI seemed to work for me. I have my PC set up in dark mode and find different players have their pros and cons! Thanks for the comment as it is something I’ve not really considered until recently months.

    Thanks for this, Pete.
The scaler is what's swaying me in the direction of a purchase, but as an Action Strings 2 owner, I would hope they also include it there. It would make that library infinitely more useful.

Definitely have my fingers crossed for that. I’m hoping it shows up in a lot more instruments

@@thesampleist btw, to silence the preview of each phrase, click and hold on the little speaker sign and drag down - Just figured it out myself :)

@@D20Musiccheers :) it’s one of those things, spend hours with the instrument but don’t need to turn off the preview. Then, come to make a video and it’s necessary! Yet cannot find it!

It would have been nice to see how it blends with action strings 2 more, as many would be interested in that. Also many of your examples are shown with the velocity at maximum. Again I think people would like to hear how versatile the instrument is considering its called action strings. Will it work in a slower piece? I don't mean to be all negative but that's my 2 cents.

Hey! Cheers for the comment! In the demo I used Action Strings 2 and Action Strikes to give an example of how they work together. At the start of the video I use the modwheel and explain it. I keep everything high up in my examples as they would simply be rather quiet in the video otherwise. Again in the demo, I program the modwheel so it’s in use there and show the curve I used in the third section as it were. I very much appreciate your two cents though! Food for thought for next time! Thanks for watching!
