Through this video, I am sharing my weekly hair care routine. I have included everything right from oiling, shampoo, conditioning, drying, brushing etc.
This is something that suits my hair type and length which my not be fit for everyone watching. But its the safest and most doable hair care routine.
Some do's and don'ts:-
1. Use a wooden comb instead of plastic to lessen hair fall
2. Do not use heat drying for hair after shampoo. Instead air dry as much as possible.
3. Stay away from daily/regular heat styling.
4. Use more simple/natural homemade hair oils and concentrate more on scalp rather than hair strands.

How many times in a week do u wash ur hair? What is ur hair type- oily, dry, etc?
Two times a week. The scalp tends to get a bit oily while the hair strands are normal.
