I am 72 years old man. All the symptoms you have mentioned are there with me. But CT and ultrasound reports say that my prostate is only 21cc. What is the actual reason?. Even though your prostate size is small, there is a chance that the enlargement is on central lob, which will cause the issues. I was having the same issue and I did embolisation by this doctor. It didn’t help. Pls consult a Urologist and get TURP surgery done. I am m fine after this surgery

Doctor I had undergone the prostrate embolization on 28/4/2023 at Lords Hospital Tvm. Even after 3 month's after the completion of the procedure no difference is there for my problem. Still I am toget_up 4 times at night for urination. DOCTOR, Kindly advice me what I am to do next. Thanking u Sir.
