Only if they knew what the future holds for them, over 1,000 homes burnt down, if by average there are 3 people in each home, the parents goes to work and their sole children leave school and patrol the forest and wood everyday for fires (before there is any fires), so that’s 1000 kids or college kids patrols the area. But god knows which areas could get caught in fire before hand, and they should know the risk there would be a bush fire since the insurance company had dropped them months ago!
