Mine opened up out of the blue intense energy came up from the bottom of my feet up my body stopped in the solar plexus and came up out the top of my head it felt like it took all my happiness, love etc I had shaking, hot and cold feelings all over my body my head started spinning I thought I was gonna have a heart attack or my head was gonna explode. I lived in fear and anxiety, emptiness suicidal thoughts feeling like my mind was taking over my body I couldn’t function in everyday life I was afraid my body was gonna give out on me coz my panic attacks were bad for years I couldn’t even imagine my old self as it felt like that person was gone it was scary very scary. until I got into spiritualness I stared to notice it all started making senses I started making decisions I didn’t want to from changing my friends, food etc

I had a dream where I was walking thru a swamp I came to a clearing where there was a single tree that seemed to have light coming from it I walked to the tree to get out if the water when I got to the tree a woman with a crown came from behind it and smiled then sent snakes into my stomach I awoke still feeling them going into my stomach what is your take on this
Well ....prakriti is dealing with the soul evolution and you are unnecessarily misguiding about spontaneous kriyas. To know the whole science of it, something else is needed. But what you say is wrong and nature will find its ways to evolve them.
