Yesterday was 3 weeks and I am doing Fantastic....especially for an old gal. I have really not had much 'pain'.....but sore and stiff....which is to be expected. I have been able to control discomfort with PT, icing, Ibuprofen and good vibes from friends....and I am very lucky that I can distinguish between pain and discomfort. I feel truly blessed that my recovery is going so well. Thank you for remembering and asking. 💃💃💃

One of my dear friends was born and raised in Trinidad, so that was fun to watch take shape. Love those backgrounds! I’ve been doing intermittent fasting off and on too. Trying not to snack before bedtime is HARD!
Love this! My husband and I argue about thermostats too. He thinks it should be 65 in the summer and 75 in the winter. I have to explain to him how hvac systems work 😂 (I am 76 in summer, 68 in winter) your videos always inspire me to go smoosh paint and glue stuff! Love your creativity! 💜🩵💙💚💛
Also I have been doing intermittent fasting for almost 10 years now! And feeding my dogs raw for over 20! What a nice coincidence ! Good luck with the intermittent fasting! ❤ it gets very easy after a while

I think the not snacking between dinner and bedtime it the hardest part. They say it gets easier. We shall see...😏
