- With the new update, bleed was increased by a lot, and in doing so, every creature with a bleed attack was buffed!
This includes creatures such as Conca, Iggy (who cares) and more importantly, Allo!
I’ve never been a gigantic fan of PoTs rendition of Allo, just like Rex, it just doesn’t do anything new or interesting

Hatchet bite was buffed on this server from doing only 10 damage to 90, it’s still pretty useless in official servers I’ve heard

if hatchet bite AND claws take STAMINA, Allo should have a second head slot. Been saying this since they teased the new bite.

Ano was giving you two chances by moving around. If it stayed in one place, it'd take no damage, even from your bleed.
Whether it was playing smart, stupid or it had the other hunker ability, I appreciate it for actually fighting, and not just pressing crouch once and left mouse button every second lmao
@RheTree i play ano without hunker, bit rough but it can be done

Hunker down doesn’t reduce incoming bleed, that’s the other one that nobody runs
And can be bled or bad even w hunker

Never thought I’d see the day where “Allo” and “viable could exist in the same sentence except for “Allo is far from viable”
Allo has always been viable. It’s never been good enough to seem it tho. The thing with Allo is that it’s good at everything great at nothing. So you need to figure out its play style and play it correctly. Allo isn’t for a beginner, which is why I think many people have said it’s trash, but with this update it just shows that it’s always been good, just not the best
@@SpsonSight fair point, when allo first dropped I was hoping/ expecting it would be kinda op so when it wasn’t I was pretty disappointed

if they added something like "currents" that allowed fast traversal in either direction around the map based on depth in the ocean it might kill the popular opinion of it being dead. The biggest problem is that it's so large and separated by the island itself. If there was a way to get around more efficiently it would probably bring more life to the environment.
Yeah, the ocean would be a good place to test out Ai, maybe that’d be a good place to start lol

OMG, how I got vivid "The Ballad of Big Al" flashbacks around the 21:00 minute mark at the pack hunt with that background music... I grew up with that movie and Walking with Dinosours, ever since the Allo has a special place in my heart. :)
It’s why the Allo is my favorite! Big Al was a movie I probably watched 20 or 30 times over the course of a year when I was like 6 or 7. It kicked off my dinosaur addiction
4:40 yeah I agree 100% with your position on this stuff, allo and all the others mentioned are really strong in their own ways though, except alio and maybe iggy but only because they got a little more squishy than needed

that eurhino vs spino fight was so cinematic, felt like an actual fight in a show or something, believe me I VERY rarely feel that way about stuff in these games lol, except maybe in Isle teaser trailers or something

My very first successful ambush was on allo on the walking with dinosaurs server on panjura, i snuck up on a mixed herd and a campto comes running out of the bush, stares at me for 2 seconds, alert calls, and i rush up and slay it in two quick bites before it could move

Ano players keep making a HUGE Mistake, by running their charged Tail attack imo. Since Acrocanthosaurus has been added to playable mods, Acro DESTROYS Ano, because it's super easy to bait the charged tail, and headbutt it out of Hunker Down. Ano mains should use the normal tail, as it effectively cuts Acro's kit in half, and provides a chance to get some distance before Acro can catch up to it again.

I love it when people actualy play aquatics, kai is my one of fav it just sad that gondwa's ocean is poop and the only map that is fun for aquatics(cerulean) has been closed
No matter how good bleed attacks are, you need a damage attack. Allo fails to be good again anything who can keep up with it, with just bleed attacks.
Fingers crossed it gets a new type of voice or that infamous grapple mechanic I've heard rumors about

Make it to where the claw attack doesn't take stam. Allos bite does decent damage, so either make the claws do more bleed or make it to where it doesn't take stam

It was fun if they had 90 damage hatched at officials but from that perspective that u cant get of the bleed fast while crouching, it would be a bit OP.

They need to fix the ano's AOE tail slam. It has WAY too much AOE reach. You can attack an ano and run away and be 15 feet away from the ano and the tail slam will STILL hit you and deals damage. Ano players don't even have to be accurate with their attacks because they almost always will deal damage with the tail slam.

I'm sorry, colleague, but calling Allosaurus "trash" is just unfair and wrong, based on your own skill and combat experience, perhaps? Allo was and remains one of the best dinosaurs in the game, 700 HP and 4000 body weight, unusually good endurance, the turn radius and his blood make him a bull dinosaur
That's the point of this video lad, to prove that Allo isn't what majority of people thought, to prove that allo isn't trash
