I have believed and now I don’t understand. The enemy destroyed my life 10 + years ago. Time has gone by for me and nothing seems to have turned out for the good yet but I can’t walk away because all I have left is God
Start with baby steps and thank God for the things you are grateful for. Do you have shelter and food? Do you have all of your limbs? Do you have eyesight? It helps to be in the mindset of gratitude as much as possible. Trust in him. You might be caught up in expectations which will result in you feeling less than. And remember to not compare yourself to anyone else specifically. Praying for powerful tools such as discernment is also a good start.
I won’t get into my life experience though I assure you I’ve endured traumatic woes. Thank God i no longer feel resentment and jealousy. Some of my situation is still the same, I’ve accepted everything and trust in him that he will give me strength and always be by my side. He is with you always

You know there is something to that. Count your BLESSINGS, name them one by one (song 🎵) & have an “attitude of gratitude”. Also, “put on the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.. (song 🎵). I have struggled with that evil spirit of heaviness/depression but I have LEARNED to defeat it in the name of Jesus & by RENEWING my mind reading my Bible (KJV :) ❤ & praying... we have to “build a private prayer closet” (someplace to run to & get alone with our Heavenly Father).
Lately, I’ve watched videos of the missionary, Darlene Deibler Rose 1917-2004. What an amazing saint to listen to. I found her 2 part testimony on RUclips & it took me a couple days to get through all of it, but wow! It gives one a very good perspective on life. God bless!❤️

I do believe the biggest failure of The Church in the last 30 years is abdicating emotional healing to secular therspists. I firmly believe emotional healing was a huge part of Jesus's ministry.
Inner helping steps:
1. Forgive
2. Reframe
3. Break soulties with individuals
4. Break soulties with bloodline
5. Correct self-identity - soak in Bible and church
