It's good video but every few seconds I have to pause the video that disturbs the flow of exercise. One should be able to do all the repetitions along with coaching
Not useful since I have to pause the video after every exercise. Video should be made in such a way that it can be followed as it is. You say 10 rounds, but switch to next pose after 2 rounds.
