    Hi there you should cook the meat first before you put the onoins/garlic etc because pork is the dirtiest of all meats. You should have boiled the pork first that is so gross and dirty sorry but you should know that pork is the dirtiest meat. Just a bot of advice boil the pork first and throw the water before cooking thanks
