Guided Healing Meditation with Mary Kretzmann

The meditation begins with bodily relaxation and chanting to open the energy centers. We call on God from the spiritual eye between the eyebrows, chanting "Reveal Thyself." Then we listen for God's response in the heart. Visualize divine light blessing you and healing you. Send blessings out to the world and to individuals in need. Invoke the Divine Mother to manifest healing. End with chanting AUM and bowing, surrendering it all back to God.
