@codm_Cowboy and Winter Gaming have tutorials. Start a private match with a friend, change settings to max health, armor, slow zone. Practice flying there. You don't need enemies to practice shooting into windows and such.

Dont use the class skill at any point in a match (including pre-game), or restart the game quickly if you did by accident. If you go the second seat it's also gone until you exit the jet and grt back in on the pilot seat.
