Definitely managed to snatch the top 1 spot of my fav kdrama, its a breath of fresh air. Ofc the plot isn't perfect, but as overall, this drama is a top notch. The performance of all actors and actresses are outstanding, they didnt waste the side characters at all, all of them play important role, and glad that they showed character development almost for all characters, not just the main one. They didnt follow the usual route of bad guy turning into good guy, vincenzo keeps his bad guy side till the end, its so refreshing and quite new to kdrama world. If i were to choose my fav character its really hard, but apart from vincenzo and cha young, han seo is my fav character ever. He has the best character development, such an adorable dork and a scene stealer. Cha Young is my fav female lead ever, she started as a selfish and not so nice lady like in most kdramas, but she managed to portray a strong lady and independent lady. Her energy in this drama is just wow, its rare, kinda resemble jun ji hyun a little. And vincenzo, wow his acting just made me speechless. Nuances in his facial expressions are really amazing. And the villain, han seok, the last ep really made me applaud for his acting. I planned to watch law school after vincenzo but it seems like it would take me at least 1 month to move on from vincenzo 😂 so let me grief and heal first
#bestdramaoftheyear for me. It is not flawless, it is not without faults, with it's gray areas, but it's the perfect imperfection that made it perfect for me in it's own way ❤️
I hope they have more projects together in the far and distant future. Maybe a scifi/time-travel. A season 2 is not likely. But they look so good together, I just want to see more. Maybe they can even guest as a neighbor couple on another korean series. Anything. Please. Waaah.
It was a kdrama where they showed equality very well. VC might be a mafia corn salad but he was a gentleman to our cha young. We might not get the end we wanted but the ending was a masterpiece that we could never think of.

When I think about this, it makes a lot more sense why they waited so long for him to confess/act on his feelings and I can forgive the writers for not feeding my romcom heart with more crumbs lol (the fact that this wasnt even a romance centered drama yet had all of us yearning for more just proves how good it is 😭)
Honestly same the only good other kdrama couple that comes close is the Mr.Queen couple but this one is definitely my number one and it has raised the bar too much
These two were so good together and in the post-interview he was not shy about saying she's the one with whom he had the best chemistry. His direct quote was “You might think that I won’t choose anyone in case anyone gets upset since Vincenzo interacts with so many characters, but I pick Jeon Yeo Bin’s Hong Cha Young character no matter what. The character of Hong Cha Young was so lovable that it can’t be helped if the other actors are disappointed. I personally thought she was a very charming character, and I grew attached to her while acting together. Both Jeon Yeo Bin and the character Hong Cha Young have really grown on me a lot.” This says a lot. You don't come across gems like "Vincenzo" very often so I don't know that I have expectations for anything coming up in the near future. I have a feeling that this will be the best one of 2021 but I'm hopeful that there will be a runner-up. Until then I will watch my favorite scenes from this series and appreciate videos like yours ❤

Today is 3rd may and yesterday Vincenzo finished airing I've never seen descendants of the sun and I am not going to but I request everyone to see Vincenzo once. It is a slow burn and the romance grows slowly between the two. I don't know why but I feel there is some connection between them. They way Song Joon Ki looks at Jeon yeo been on screen and off screen, there's just something about that gaze. I am no expert but I'll definitely say that there's surely something growing between them. In his interview he said that he has grown very attached to her. Maybe I'm wrong but I want the two of them to be together. I saw arthdral cronicles as well but there's no comparison of anyone between the Vincenzo couple. I want them to be together. Of course it will be hard for him to even think about being with his Co star after what happened in the past. I want him to do many many dramas and one day come back to her❤️ No matter who says what.
