Just because you didn't have that doesn't mean that other people don't. I don't understand why people like you do this kind of crap and say that this generation is gonna be ungrateful. People want to give things to their kids that they didn't have and that the kids would enjoy
When I was younger, my parents surprised me by renovating a room in the house and giving it wooden floors, shelves and everything - it was amazing. Not tumblr crazy or instagram but to me it was literally the coolest place ever because it was my new bedroom. No matter how I change my room, I have never forgotten being surprised like that.
