I found I BARELY had to attach my plants (melon/cucumber/beans etc) to my trellis.. they all grabbed on w their tendrils so well! I did hammock my melons and heavy cuc’s (tender greens & munchers) of course but the plant itself held on just fine! I had clips and stuff ready but never needed them!

Hi Tee! I am in zone 8A in Middle GA and I have been enjoying your videos. I am OCD and love how you clean everything up as you go and make it all nice and tidy. I have so much still to learn. Seeing you planted melons with Cukes makes me see I can plant the same and I see how close you planted them which tells me I can add more in-between the ones I got planted as long as I keep them growing up and cleaned up so they get the airflow they need. Can't wait to see them grow in a week or so when you give an update.

I also use my homemade spray 1/2 Tbspn ACV, 1 qt water, 1/2 Tbspn tumeric, 1/2 Tbspn baking soda, 1 capful orange extract, squirt of dawn.. mix all in spray bottle.. Best pest & fungal spray ever.. it works and is harmless to plants & environment. I spray my whole garden 1x/week at least w it. I got some fungus anyway bc of the heat wave we had for a month (zone 6b)
